Blueberry pancakes

Blueberry so good protein pancakes!!!
Add 3 scoops of so good protein pancake mix, 75ml unsweetened almond milk/water if you don't have any....then throw in a handful of blueberries and leave for a couple of minutes.

Put a couple of spoons of mixture in a hot pan and fry like normal pancakes, don't have the pan too hot because they're thick they need to cook through and you don't want burnt pancakes!! Flip after about a minute....repeat until the mixtures gone!

Leave to cool...

When they're slightly cool layer with 0% total yoghurt (any 0% yoghurt will do but check the sugar content isn't too high) and blueberries then pour 'waldens farm' 0 calorie syrup on top.....protein full and fat free :)

Shambles diet!!!

After feeling so proud of my Egyptian diet and thinking I'd managed to keep in ok shape with limited work outs I followed it up with a work trip to Portugal....Anyone who believes models stick to a lettuce diet is VERY much mistaken! I have never known anyone to have the passion and excitement for food as the girls I work with!

Pizza is a favourite often being offered on lunches at various shoots, along with cake, crisps and chocolate! It is THE hardest to stay healthy at work!! Baguette and aioli is a favourite on trips along with Oreo milka (a taste sensation) and 3.D's (crisps) and don't think for one second I could sit back and watch everyone else eat these delicious delicacy's!!!

I practically ate everything bad you could ever imagine for 3 days straight....goodbye all my hard work over the past weeks!! Hello diet starts monday! Who's starting again too??? #shakelife

Also if you're ever in carluccio's I highly recommend the eaton mess style meringue pudding!!!

The Egyptian holiday diet

This week I haven't posted as I've been away in Egypt....which is lovely!!! Boiling!!! And Beautiful!!! However....I was dreading the all inclusive sweet treats that I wouldn't be able to say no to (will power 0) as when you're on holiday you 'deserve' it....something I genuinely believe!!!

I was also not looking forward to all my hard work disappearing in such a short space of time. Little did I know the amazing looking cakes and pastries were nothing more than amazing looking....the taste was disappointing to say the least....instead of moan I was SO happy!! It meant I couldn't stuff my face with pudding at every meal! Perfect! The tastiest thing they served was salad! So me and my leaves have had a very good week!!! I have had to steer clear of the fresh pancakes as much as possible but had 2 days with them for breakfast as I didn't want to be too strict!

Water has been so needed and I think drinking 6 litres a day has made a huge difference to water retention so I'll try and keep up when I get home!

Don't get me wrong there's been ice creams and a couple of pizza's but on the whole the slightly questionable Egyptian buffet has kept me on track! I did bring my protein shakes for breakfast and the heat has definitely made me less hungry but I think it's been quite a successful week!!! And I feel much better than my usual post holiday body! Only the scales will tell but the moral of the story is.....holiday in Egypt where the puddings are a non-event! :)
